Minced summer truffle in olive oil. A delicious summer truffle paste without the addition of other ingredients, only a trickle of olive oil and salt.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+2° / + 7° C), cover the surface with olive oil.
